(The retailer, however, can choose another method of shipping) All our products can be shipped without restriction. They do not incur any oversize charges.

Order Tracking:

Your product can be tracked using the order number and destination zip code. For tracking info, please log in to our website. Your order(s) will be shipped to you from our warehouse in California.

Customization requires time. All our custom covers products are fabricated as per the customer's specific requirements. Your credit card will be charged within 24 to 48 hours of placing an order. Please allow the following time to have the fabric prepared:

If an order was damaged in transit, refuse the order.

If you found the damage after signing for the package, please immediately contact us.
